This album is a compilation of music I had written over the course of a lot of years that I had worked on intermittently.

I've been playing in bands since I was 13 or 14 years old. In most of the bands I wrote all or most of the music. So some parts I'd worked on never really fit into whatever project I was working in at the time. As some of this music in its infancy started to come together as songs I'd recorded a few loose versions them (some of which stayed intact). I began to consider doing a recording on my own or for lack of a better term a 'solo' effort. So making an album on my own was something I've wanted to accomplish for a really long time. I found some time - or slept less - in late 2016 and I started doing some tracking, rearranging, shuffling, layering... I liked how it was coming together. I decided that it was really important to complete the project. So... here it is... little pieces of chaos, peace, passion, frustration, love, hate, lack of sleep, beauty, tragedy, and a million other experiences and emotions - from the course of too many years to count. I hope you enjoy it as much as I loved making it. Thank you very much for listening.
